Caught With Your Pants Down

Yusuf is hosting a party at his pad in Algonquin, with drugs, hookers, the lot. Yusuf's father then walks in unexpectedly with a look of sheer horror on his face, as he finds his son standing there with no pants on. During the cutscene, Yusuf explains that he wants Luis to steal a N.O.O.S.E. APC for him.

Yusuf has found a way to get rid of his father. Meet Yusuf in Star Junction!

Go to Star Junction and get in Yusuf's helicopter. Fly near the APC in Broker and wait for the cutscene to initiate. After the cutscene, use the sniper rifle to shoot the yellow bolts on the cables to release the APC, before it gets to the police station in Alderney. Try to shoot them as quickly as possible - the longer the mission goes on, the bumpier the ride becomes and the harder it is to shoot them.

Begin by shooting the back left bolt; then the bottom right; then the top right and finally the bottom left. If you release the APC soon enough, it should land somewhere on the Broker Bridge. If not, it will land somewhere on the freeway in Algonquin.

When the APC is released, activate the parachute and land next to it. Get in the APC, and use the cannon to take out as many cops as possible until they back down. Keep attacking the cops until the 4-star wanted level reduces to 1, and then simply evade the cops as you normally would. Deliver the APC to the building site in Lower Algonquin (in one piece!) to finish the mission.
